Este projecto situa-se num terreno de 6000 (seis mil) m2, em Cabanas, Afife, distrito de Viana do Castelo. Refere-se a presente memória descritiva ao projecto de arquitectura de uma moradia unifamiliar, que o Exmo. Sr. Dr. Gerhard Dieterich pretende construir no Lote 3 da Urbanização “Dieterich”, sua propriedade, sito na Praia de Galé, freguesia da Guia, concelho de Albufeira. O presente projecto foi elaborado de acordo com os índices previstos no Alvará de Loteamento 4/2000 e com base no programa apresentado pelo dono da obra. O terreno de aproximadamente 2.300 (dois mil e trezentos) m2 tem uma suave pendente na direção do mar. A habitação procura adaptar-se a essa pendente de forma natural. Com uma orientação correspondente aos pontos cardeais, fecha-se o caminho público (Nascente) e a Norte, abrindo-se a Sul e Poente, nomeadamente as salas. Os quartos, todos com vista para o mar, têm a melhor orientação solar (Sul). No sentido de responder ao programa, com o objectivo de criar maior intimidade, o projecto não se implanta integralmente nos limites definidos pelo Alvará de Loteamento, uma vez que se pretendia organizar outro núcleo de quartos, autónomo, todos eles também com vista direta para o mar. Esta implantação permite também, criar uma barreira visual ao caminho público relativamente à área íntima da casa, através de uma linguagem orgânica característica da cultura mediterrânica. O fracionar pontual do edifício resulta, por um lado, da necessidade de trazer ao exterior do volume a sua verdade interior, por outro lado, da adequação ao lugar, com todas as suas distintas realidades que se interpõem e se articulam, no limite, através desta nova realidade. A moradia, de tipologia T4, desenvolve-se por meios pisos, dois deles acompanham a cota natural do terreno, e outros dois acima da cota de soleira.A entrada principal surge no cunhal Nascente-Norte, junto ao caminho público.
The present descriptive memory refers to the architectural project of a single-family house that Mr. Gerhard Dieterich intends to build in Lot 3 of the Urbanization "Dieterich", his property, located in Praia de Galé, parish of Guia, municipality of Albufeira.
The present project was elaborated according to the indexes foreseen in the Allotment Permit 4/2000 and based on the program presented by the construction owner.
The plot of approximately 2.300 (two thousand and three hundred) m2 has a gentle slope towards the sea. The house seeks to adapt to this slope in a natural way. With an orientation corresponding to the cardinal points, it closes to the public road (East) and to the North, opening to the South and West, namely the rooms. The rooms, all with sea view, have the best solar orientation (South).
In order to respond to the program, with the objective of creating greater intimacy, the project is not entirely implanted within the limits defined by the parcelling permit, since it was intended to organize another nucleus of rooms, autonomous, all of them also with a direct sea view. This implantation also allows for the creation of a visual barrier to the public way to the intimate area of the house, through an organic language characteristic of Mediterranean culture.
The fractioning of the building results, on one hand, from the need to bring to the outside of the volume its inner truth, and on the other hand, from the adequacy to the place, with all its different realities that interpose and articulate themselves, in the limit, through this new reality.
The house, with a 4 bedrooms typology, is developed by half floors, two of them following the natural ground level, and the other two above the ground level.
The main entrance appears in the East-North wedge, next to the public road.
